The first step to receive your new tattoo design will be to fill out our design assessment. To do so, click the image below. Fill in the applicable questions and upload any information or images that will influence the final design, then submit! The email address that you input into the assessment will be how you are initially contacted, also where you will receive your electronic copy of the final design. 

After filling out the design assessment, and uploading your design inspirations (5 files max), The company will initiate communication commencing the design process. Completion time of the final design will vary.
